4×6 PDF Label Size Checker

Check the real dimensions, orientation and page count of a shipping-label PDF before you print. Your file stays in your browser.

Step 01 / Choose the PDF

Is your shipping label really 4 × 6 inches?

Some carriers provide a 4×6 label on a US Letter or A4 PDF page. This tool measures the document pages; it does not crop, change or upload your PDF.

Processing happens on your device. This page loads a PDF parsing library from a third-party content delivery network; PDF file bytes are not sent to that network by this tool.

Step 02 / Interpret the result

What should you do with the result?

If the file measures exactly 4×6 inches, set your printer's stock dimensions to match and start with Actual size or 100% when supported. If the PDF is Letter, A4 or another size, look for the shipping service's native thermal-label download.

Do not stretch a carrier barcode or crop out required quiet zones and routing information merely to force a label onto your paper.
